NSK bearings overheating measures

Before the bearing's damage, there will be some symptoms, such as very hot, when the NSK bearing overheating, it should attract attention, do not be careless, to prevent unnecessary losses!
NSK bearings overheated mainly due to:
(1) NSK bearings have been damaged and lost their ability to work properly, so they should be replaced immediately.
(2) Bearing grease is too little, too much or there are impurities such as iron filings, which requires constant inspection, timely judgment, shaft grease capacity should not exceed 70% of the total volume, bearings with impurities should be replaced.
(3) The shaft and the bearing are too tight or too loose. This is a problem during installation. When it is too tight, it should be reground. When it is too loose, the shaft should be set. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to this point when installing.
(4) The bearing and end cover are too tight or too loose. The bearing housing is machined when it is too tight, and when it is too loose, the steel sleeve is inserted into the end cap. This requires careful inspection and requires professional judgment.
(5) Poor assembly of the motor cover or bearing cover. The method is to install the end cap or bearing cover stopper into the flat, tighten the screws, or replace the new one!
(6)Because the belt is too tight or the coupling is poorly assembled, it is necessary to adjust the belt tension and correct the coupling. Be sure to accurately adjust the installation.
