9. Documents and Drawings Information 9.1 Vendor Quotation Information The quotation data of the seller shall include the following contents: a. The buyer's data sheet including the complete seller's data by the seller; b. The preliminary outline drawing and piping layout; c. Requirements for utilities such as water, electricity, steam, etc .; d. Typical profile of the pump; e. List of recommended spare parts; f. Specific instructions on whether the pump unit is to strictly comply with this regulation. If the pump unit is not strictly in line with this manual, the seller should provide a detailed list explaining each of the discrepancies in detail. 9.2 Contract Information 9.2.1 The seller must provide the time, type and number of copies as specified on the purchase order to the address indicated on the order. 9.2.2 The following shall be marked on each page of the document: a. The name of the purchaser (user) company; b. The project number; c. The purchase order number or document number; d. The pump identification number; e. Any other notation. 9.2.3 The seller shall provide at least the following documents: a. List of documents; b. Pump data sheet (for manufacturing purposes); c. Stability accuracy test report; d. Overall dimensions and layout (including basic data, The location and size of the motor and the pressure level, the location of the motor junction box, the import and export of pipe allowable external forces and external torque, etc.); e auxiliary pipeline layout and take over the table (also can be represented on the dimension drawing); f. Pump section and a list of parts and components with the name of the material parts; g. Seals and related parts containing the name of the parts list of parts; h. Spare parts list; i. List of lubricating oil and hydraulic oil j. Auxiliary equipment Data Sheet (if required) k. Installation, maintenance, operating instructions. 9.2.4 The Seller shall also provide the Buyer with the following reports and records, if requested by the Buyer: a. Material Test Report; b. Reproducibility and Linearity Test Report; c. Records of Factory Test Data; e. Other Requirements report.
