Fu Nike actively carries out safety hazard investigation activities

On August 5, 2014, to reinforce safety management and raise awareness among all employees—especially the leadership—Fu Nike organized a themed meeting at the Wushu Production Base with the topic: “The Kunshan Explosion Was Not an Accident; Safety Management Must Be Normalized.” The event aimed to emphasize the importance of consistent and proactive safety practices across the company. The meeting was led by Li Lin, the Deputy General Manager, with department heads in attendance. Following the tragic Kunshan explosion, Chairman Li Hexin emphasized that major incidents are not random—they are signals of accumulated risks. He urged all departments to take safety seriously, improve the quality of management, and implement real measures to eliminate potential dangers. Minister Zhu Ming presented a detailed analysis of the Kunshan Explosion through a news video, prompting discussions on how to strengthen internal safety protocols. Participants shared their insights and concerns about the incident and its implications for the company’s operations. Li Lin outlined a comprehensive plan for conducting a systematic safety inspection. Each department was required to perform self-assessments, while the Operations Supervision Department would oversee the identification of hazards, the development of control procedures, and the establishment of safety standards. The initiative covered material, personal, equipment, operational, and transportation-related risks. The General Manager of Yanhua also provided specific instructions on managing safety hazards and ensuring long-term safety improvements. At present, all departments are conducting thorough inspections to identify any possible risks. A "Safety Responsibility Letter" will be signed with relevant departments based on the principle of “who is in charge, who is responsible.” As the saying goes, “A thousand-mile embankment can collapse due to an ant’s hole.” Learning from the Kunshan tragedy, we must remain vigilant, address small issues before they escalate, and ensure that safety becomes a daily habit through continuous efforts. The image shows Li Lin, the Deputy General Manager, making key arrangements for the safety inspection. Another photo captures Minister Zhu Ming analyzing the Kunshan Explosion case through a news video. These visuals highlight the company’s commitment to learning from past incidents and building a safer future. By reinforcing safety culture and maintaining strict oversight, Fu Nike aims to prevent future disasters and foster a secure working environment for all.

Carbon Steel Nut

Hexagon nuts (also known as finished hexagon nuts) are available in ASTM A563-A and are compatible with mild steel Bolts, such as ASTM A307, ASTM F1554 Grade 36, SAE Grade 2 and AASHTO M183. SAE Grade 5 and Grade 8 nuts are also available in finished style. Since hot-dip galvanizing usually increases the thickness of the threaded part of the fastener by 2.2 to 5 mils, the thread size of the galvanized hexagon nut is too large to compensate for the anti-corrosion coating on the bolt.
Chinese hex nut manufacturer Hongchuang Hardware provides hex nuts of various materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium, etc.
