The total number of revolutions before this tumbling fatigue damage is called the "(tired) life" of the bearing.
Even the same bearing, layout, data, processing methods, etc.; when rotating under the same conditions; bearing (tired) life still shows a large difference.
This is because the data exhaustion itself is discrete; it should be considered from the point of view of the calculation.
Therefore, a group of identical bearings are rotated under the same conditions; the total number of revolutions in which 90% of the bearings do not exhibit rolling fatigue is called "the fundamental extra life of the bearing" (ie, the reliability is 90% of the life) ).
When rotating at a fixed speed; can also be indicated by the total rotation time.
However, in actual work; it will also show the appearance of damage other than rolling fatigue.
These damages can be prevented by the selection, installation and smoothness of the bearings.
