Generally, the inclusions have little effect on the longitudinal ductility of the steel, but the effect on the lateral ductility is significant. As the inclusions in the steel increase, the transverse section shrinkage of the steel decreases. At the same time, brittle inclusions with low deformation rates such as oxides, nitrides and silicates tend to act as a source of stress concentration, which lowers the impact value and increases the brittle transition temperature. Therefore, the elongation of the five samples measured in the tensile test meets the standard requirements, while the reduction of the area is far below the standard requirements; the impact toughness values ​​of the five impact samples are also far below the standard requirements.

General Safety Information:

6. Do not touch the nozzle or melted glue;

Using methods

1. Glue gun using voltage is 110-220V AC,50/60Hz;

2. Tip gun forward on stand and place a piece of cardboard under the nozzle

3. Use 7-8mm (mini trigger glue gun), 11-12(big trigger glue gun), insert glue sticks through
tunnel at back of gun

4. After power, wait for 5-10 minutes to allow glue to soften

After glue softens, squeeze trigger to feed glue through glue barrel. Excessive force will damage glue gun. Put down nozzle after work, disconnect the power plug
