The M1 card is divided into 16 sectors, and each sector is composed of 4 blocks (block 0, block 1, block 2, block 3), (we also grouped 64 blocks of 16 sectors by absolute address number 0 ~ 63. The storage structure is shown below:

Block 0 of sector 0 (that is, absolute address 0 block), which is used to store vendor codes, has been solidified and cannot be changed.

Block 0, block 1, and block 2 of each sector are data blocks and can be used to store data.

IC card working principle
The electrical part of the card consists of only one antenna and ASIC.

Antenna: The antenna of the card is a coil with only a few windings, which is suitable for packaging into the IS0 card.

ASIC: The ASIC of the card consists of a high-speed (106KB baud rate) RF interface, a control unit and an 8K-bit EEPROM.

Working principle: The reader sends a set of fixed frequency electromagnetic waves to the M1 card. There is an LC series resonant circuit in the card, whose frequency is the same as the frequency emitted by the reader. Under the excitation of the electromagnetic wave, the LC resonant circuit resonates, thus There is a charge in the capacitor. At the other end of the capacitor, a unidirectional electronic pump is connected to send the charge in the capacitor to another capacitor for storage. When the accumulated charge reaches 2V, this capacitor can be used as The power supply provides working voltage for other circuits, and transmits the data in the card or accesses the data of the reader.

O-ring sealing standard: CEN EN 681-1:2006; GBT 19228.3-2003

5.  O-Ring Seal: "Chlorinated butyl rubber" (CIIR), EPDM, HNBR, NBR and FKM, etc.

 EPDM (black): max working pressure 16bar, working temperature from -20℃ to 120℃,  Suit medium: cold and hot water, compressed Air etc. 

6.  Galvanization: all carbon steel pipe fittings are plated with rust-resistant zinc.

7.  Anneal: all stainless steel pipe fittings are annealed in inert gases before packing.
