Bulk butter
1. Unscrew the oil gun head to separate the oil gun head from the barrel.
2. Immerse the opening of the barrel into the barrel of butter about 30 mm deep. Hold the barrel with one hand and pull the follower handle at the rear of the barrel to draw the butter into the barrel.
3. Install the oil gun head, press and hold the locking piece at the rear of the barrel and push the driven handle into the barrel.
Note: Air is easy to be left in the oil-filled gun, which can not produce butter. At this time, the follower handle of the tail of the barrel should be pulled to the end, then press the exhaust hole with one hand and press the locking piece at the end of the barrel. At the same time, the follower handle is pushed into the barrel to expel the air in the gun. This method is referred to as the exhaust method. Another exhaust method is to push the driven handle a few times in the barrel of the gun when there is no exhaust valve on the grease gun, then loosen the tip of the gun slightly and then tighten the head.
Butter cartridge or butter
1. Unscrew the oil gun head to separate the oil gun head from the barrel.
2. Pull the follower handle to the end, then unscrew the lid of the oil cartridge or barrel of butter to the direction of the barrel and put the oil bomb into the barrel to tear off the other end of the seal.
3. Don't turn the gun head too tightly. Press the locking piece at the tail of the gun head and push the follower handle into the barrel without load.The follower handle will be pulled to the bottom and pushed back to the original place to exhaust. If there is an exhaust valve, you can tighten the gun head first and then press the exhaust valve a few times while operating the driven handle to exhaust.
4. Tightening the gun head will push the handle into the barrel.
Note: If the oil bomb is in rubber packaging, commonly known as a butter bomb, when the butter bomb is screwed to the screw hole on the gun head, there is no need to operate the exhaust action of the driven handle. If the oil bomb is a barrel of butter, you must pay attention to the barrel The rubber bowl inside should be able to enter and has entered the grease barrel of the barrel and the edge of the grease barrel is not deformed or damaged. Otherwise, the grease gun will not be able to hit the butter and will not work.
Pumping butter
1. Connect the oil receiving nozzle on the tip of the grease gun to the oil filling nozzle of the pump.
2. Hold the grease gun and operate the pump handle. When the butter is injected, the driven handle will automatically move backwards until it can no longer move, indicating that the oil is full.
3. Gently disengage the oil pump connector and press the locking piece at the rear of the barrel to push the driven handle into the barrel.
Note: Remember to take out the oil bullets that may be left in the barrel before filling.
