Zhao Xiaoqiang, general manager of Shaanxi Dongling Smelting Co., Ltd., Zeng Pingsheng, deputy director of Zhongjinling Nanshaoguan smelter, and Yu Jianzhong, deputy director of Baiyin Nonferrous Metals Group's third smelter, introduced the production status and economic indicators of ISP pyrometallurgical smelting enterprises And technical bottlenecks. Prof. Zhang Leru, a national nonferrous metal industry design master, interpreted the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Lead and Zinc Industry Standard Conditions" (2020 version), and discussed from the aspects of comprehensive utilization of resources, environmental protection, energy consumption, automatic control and technical development direction. Professor He Xingmin, a national nonferrous metal industry design master, conducted a comparison of indicators between the ISP fire zinc smelting process and the wet zinc smelting process. Zhang Ling, senior engineer of the R&D Center of Changsha Nonferrous Metals Institute, introduced the application of key oxygen-rich pulverized coal injection technology in molten pool smelting.
The meeting unanimously agreed to establish the China ISP Technology Innovation Alliance. The chairman of the alliance will be rotated by Changsha Nonferrous Metals Institute, Shaoguan Smelter, Shaanxi Dongling Smelting Co., Ltd., Baiyin Nonferrous Metals Group No. 3 Smelting Plant, Huludao Zinc Industry Co., Ltd. The China ISP Technology Innovation Alliance will give full play to each unit's own advantages, form a production, learning, research and application technology innovation chain, work together to solve the key and common technical problems of ISP technology development, and accelerate scientific and technological innovation and achievements by building effective cooperation methods.
