The M7130 surface grinder used in our factory has a maximum grinding height of 260mm, but it often encounters workpieces larger than the maximum grinding height in mold manufacturing. In the past, we used fitter trimming, which was inefficient and inferior. To this end, we explored in practice, using the method shown in the figure, the effect is better. The workpiece is clamped by the square clamp 4, and the workpiece is not processed.
