On November 11, the 2009 Annual Meeting of the National Plastics Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC15) was held in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. Vice Mayor Chen Ying of Zhuhai Municipal People's Government attended the meeting and delivered a welcome speech. Nearly 200 experts, scholars and guests from the national plastics-related industry attended the meeting.
This annual meeting is the first meeting of all committees held since the establishment of TC15. It is hosted by Zhuhai Yuankang Enterprise Co., Ltd., which is a member of TC15. During the meeting, 10 national and industrial standards for plastic products will be reviewed, and 8 national and industrial standards for plastic products will be revised.
Zhuhai Yuankang Enterprise is a high-tech enterprise engaged in research, development, production and testing of engineering modified plastics. It has established the 6S management system of China's first engineering modified plastics manufacturing industry, and participated in the "Plastic Exposure to Atmosphere, Glass After Sunshine and Fresnel". This annual meeting was held in Zhuhai.
