How to solve the problem of digital torque wrench failure

When using a logic pen or oscilloscope to detect signals, be careful not to let the probe touch the two measurement pins at the same time, because the essence of this situation is to form a short circuit when power is applied.

C. When using a multimeter to block, remember not to take a live measurement. When detecting the filter capacitor in the power supply of the torque wrench, it is necessary to short-circuit the positive and negative electrodes of the electrolytic capacitor first, and do not use a lead line to discharge the capacitor when the short circuit occurs, because it is easy to blow the core wire. A 220-volt, 50-watt light bulb with a cap lead can be taken and connected at both ends of the capacitor. At the moment of discharge, the bulb will flash.

D, measuring the parameters of the various points can be used ordinary hand-stitched needle in the multimeter's test pen, in order to pierce the paint directly to measure the points, without a large area, peeling paint, which will cause the oxidation of copper foil.

E. When the maintenance of the wet environment is faulty, pay special attention to the circuit board's circuit multimeter to check whether the various points are unobstructed, because the main fault in this case is the copper foil corrosion. For the corroded circuit board, we can use the content of 95%. Industrial alcohol is cleaned and wiped so as not to cause corrosion of the larger mask.
