5. Before installing the ceiling, carefully check whether the keel joint is firm and smooth, the sprinkler should be glued with white tape, and the air outlet should be handled well. When installing the ceiling, first fix it from the middle to the two sides, and pay attention to the size of the two sides. Pay attention to the weld seam and make the corner position. Pay attention to the smoothness. After all four weeks, the extra ceiling will be trimmed and removed. Achieve the perfect edge effect.
6. Turn on the light hole: Make a mark on the position of the light hole, and carefully stick the PVC light ring on the bottom surface of the soft film. After the solid, remove the extra small flower.
7. Open air port, light pipe port: Find the position of the air port of the air duct. As with the surrounding, install the soft film on the aluminum alloy keel, and pay attention to the angle. After you have done it, you can remove the extra small flowers.
8. Finally clean the soft film ceiling with a clean towel.
installation steps:
step one:
1. According to the design requirements of the drawings, fix a circle of 4X4Cm support keel (can be wood or square steel) around the horizontal position where the soft film ceiling is to be installed. Note: In some places, when the area is relatively large, it is required to install in blocks to achieve good results. This requires a wooden strip in the middle position. This is actually handled according to the actual situation.
2. When all the wooden strips are required to be fixed, then attach the aluminum alloy keel of the soft-film ceiling to the bottom surface of the supporting keel. (See construction drawing for details)
Step two:
1. When all the aluminum alloy keels with the soft film ceiling are fixed, install the soft film. First open the soft film with a dedicated heating air cannon and fully heat it evenly, then use a special knife to stretch the soft film into the aluminum alloy keel, and finally trim the soft film around. 2. After installation, clean the soft film ceiling with a clean towel.
