Construction preparation:

2.1 Material requirements:

2.1.1 Cement: No. 325 ordinary Portland cement. There should be a factory certificate or a retest list. If it is more than three months after delivery, it should be used according to the test results.

2.1.2 White cement: 325 white cement.

2.1.3 Sand: coarse sand or medium sand, sieved before use.

2.1.4 Marble, polished granite, prefabricated terrazzo, etc.: Prepare according to the specifications and colors required by the design and drawings. However, the surface must not have defects such as hidden injuries and weathering. It should not be packed with fading materials.

2.1.5 Other materials: such as plaster, copper or galvanized lead wire, lead skin, hard plastic slats, matching pendants (galvanized or stainless steel connectors, etc.); should also be equipped with appropriate amount of marble or polished granite, Prefabricated terrazzo and other color gravel and mineral pigments; 107 glue and special plastic hose for filling the gap of the veneer.

2.2 Main equipment:

2.3 Working conditions:

2.3.1 Handle the structure acceptance. A small number of types of work (hydropower, ventilation, equipment installation, etc.) should be done in front, and ready to process the water, power supply, etc. required for the veneer.

2.3.2 The inner wall surface is good for 50cm horizontal line (the outdoor wall surface is good for ±0 and the horizontal level control line for each layer).

2.3.3 Scaffolding baskets should be supported in advance. Double-row shelves should be used (the outdoor high-rises should adopt hanging baskets, multi-layer can use bridge shelves, etc.), and their horizontal and vertical rods and tie rods should leave the door window angle of 150-200mm. The step height must meet the construction requirements.

2.3.4 Door and window frames must be properly positioned (right, vertical, and secure, and have sufficient margin for the size of the marble). At the same time, the gap should be blocked with 1:3 cement mortar. The caulking materials used for the seams of aluminum alloy door and window frames shall meet the design requirements, and the plugs shall be tightly packed and the protective film shall be pasted.

2.3.5 Marble, polished granite or prefabricated terrazzo should be stacked indoors after laying in, under the square wood, check the quantity and specifications, and pre-lay, flower, number, etc., in order to be used for official paving. .

2.3.6 Large-scale construction should be released before construction and sample preparation. After passing the appraisal by the quality inspection department, it must be jointly identified by the design, Party A and the construction unit. The team can organize the construction according to the requirements of the model.

2.3.7 The stone materials entering the site shall be checked and accepted. When the color is uneven, it shall be selected and tested if necessary.
