Several options for mining cables

(1)Because the level difference of lead sheathed armoured cable is over the allowable value, there will be joint oil leakage or lead skin deformation, which will affect the life of the cable. Therefore, the level difference of the actual cable installation site should be consistent with the allowable laying level of the cable. Poor adaptation.

(2) The lead skin of general lead sheathed cables and their armors can be used as protective ground conductors. However, cables insulated with plastics and rubber sleeves must have separate conductors of sufficient cross-section for grounding purposes in order to connect the grounding network. The cable shall be provided with a conductor of sufficient cross-section for protective earthing, ie the resistance of the cable core used for protective earthing shall not exceed the specified value. The resistance value of the cable core used for mobile and handheld electrical equipment, and the resistance of the cable core used for protective earthing shall not exceed 1 Ω; for other electrical equipment cables, cable cores for protective grounding The resistance value must not exceed 2Ω.

(3) Fixed-voltage high-voltage cables :

1 In shafts and wells with shafts or inclined angles of 45° or more, due to the requirements of mechanical strength, steel wire armored non-draining lead-paper insulated cables, steel wire armored cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables, and steel wire armored cables are required. PVC insulated cable or steel wire armored lead coated paper insulated cable or armored PVC sheathed power cable, cross-linked PVC insulated thick steel wire armored PVC sheathed power cable. If the height difference of the cable laying exceeds the allowable requirement of the cable, plug the oil plug in the middle to ensure that the cable can be used stably for a long time.

2 From the perspective of economy and safety, steel strip armored non-draining lead-wrapped paper insulated cables, PVC insulated steel tape or fine steel wire armored PVC shall be used in horizontal roadways or shafts with inclinations below 45°. Sheathed power cables, cross-linked PVC strip or thin steel wire armored PVC sheathed power cables.

(4) Non-fixed high-voltage cables must be fitted with rubber-sleeve flexible cable that conforms to the MT 818 standard.

(5) Aluminum core cable :

1 The aluminum core cable can be used for the cable between the inlet inclined shaft, the bottom hole yard and its vicinity, and the downhole central substation to the mining substation. For cables at other locations, copper core cable must be used.

2 Low-voltage cables in mining area are strictly prohibited to use aluminum core cables.

3 When it is found that the temperature of the junction box of the aluminum core cable is high, the power must be cut off. 4 Do not use aluminum core cables for grounding wires.

(6) Since mobile substations often move during work and their use locations are close to the work surface, monitoring type shielded rubber cables should be used for the power substations of mobile substations.

(7) Low voltage power cable :

1 Cables for fixed installation shall use MVV armored or non-armored cables or mobile rubber sheathed flexible cables of the corresponding voltage class.

2 Non-fixed low-voltage cables must use rubber-sleeve flexible cable that conforms to the MT 818 standard. Mobile and hand-held electrical equipment should use dedicated rubber sheathed cables.

3 For lighting, communications, signalling and control cables, armoured or non-armoured communications cables, rubber-jacketed cables or MVV-type plastic cables shall be used.
