In actual operation, the lifetime of LED full-color displays directly affects the return cycle of corporate investment. In order to shorten the payback period and improve the gross profit, it is necessary to understand and master the following seven major LED display maintenance knowledge.

First, the switching sequence. When you turn on the display, turn on the computer first and then open the screen. When closing the display: Turn off the screen first and then turn off the computer (the first time the computer is turned off, it will cause the screen body to appear bright spots, burn the lamp, and the consequences are serious.) The time interval between the switch screens should be more than 5 minutes. After the computer enters the engineering control software, it can turn on the electricity.

Second, to avoid the problems that may be encountered, we can choose passive protection and active protection, try to put away the screen from the objects that may cause damage to outdoor LED screens, and clean the screen as much as possible to wipe the damage. The possibility is minimized.

Third, the outdoor LED display has the closest relationship with our users. It is also very necessary to do a good job of cleaning and maintenance. Exposure to the outdoor environment for a long time, such as wind, sun, dust, etc., is easily dirty. For a while, the screen must be dusty. This requires timely cleaning and long-term surface coverage with dust-proof soil.

Fourth, the power switch of the display often trips. The LED unit board should be checked in time or replaced with a power switch. The power supply of the display screen is very important. Because the power supply is under different temperature conditions, its working stability, output voltage value and load carrying capacity will also be different. As it is responsible for the logistical support, its guarantee ability will directly affect The quality of the screen.

5. It is forbidden to enter water, iron powder and other conductive metal materials in the screen body. The outdoor LED display is placed in a low dust environment as much as possible. Large dust will affect the display effect, and too much dust will damage the circuit. If water enters for various reasons, immediately switch off the power and contact maintenance personnel until the display panel inside the screen is dry.

6. It is recommended that the outdoor LED display should have a rest time greater than 2 hours per day. As the boot time increases and the ambient temperature increases, the thermal drift of the components will increase, which will result in poor image quality. In the rainy season outdoor LED display is used at least once a week. Normally, the screen is turned on at least once a month and lighted for more than 2 hours. This is done to remove the moisture and prevent the lamp from getting wet and dead. The SMD watch is especially careful.

VII. Do not play for a long time in all white, full red, full green, full blue and other full bright screen, so as to avoid causing excessive current, power line heat is too large, LED lamp damage, affecting the display life. Never disassemble or splicing the screen!
