K11 waterproof coating construction process and engineering quality requirements

K11 waterproof coating is also called K11 high-grade waterproof material. K11 waterproof coating is a two-component high molecular molecular modified polymer waterproof system. It has a unique and very active polymer powder, a blend of synthetic rubber and synthetic phenylene ester, a base material and a suitable amount of chemical additives and fillers, which are plasticized, kneaded, calendered, etc. The high-quality products produced by the process of processing polymer waterproof materials, imported materials and domestic high-quality auxiliary materials according to the highest level of national industry standards are listed as key promotion products of the Ministry of Construction.

K11 waterproof material is divided into three types: versatility, flexibility and color k11.

First, K11 waterproof coating construction process: base layer cleaning → reinforcement layer construction → joint sealing → wet base surface → painting the first time → curing → painting the second time → curing → protective layer construction

Second, K11 waterproof coating construction preparation: 1, carefully check the base layer of the waterproof layer, carefully handle the defects, and clean up. (1) The base layer should be smooth, smooth, sand-free, non-skinned, and have a certain strength. The drainage slope should meet the design requirements. The yin and yang angle should be rounded or chamfered with a diameter of not less than 30mm. (2) If the base surface is dry, the base surface must be pre-wetted in advance to keep the base surface moist, but there is no clear water. (3) Defects in the base layer should be treated before continuing construction. 1 When uneven, pitted, and stagnant water, the high-grade synthetic latex mortar can be used to fill the slope. 2 Surface peeling should be removed. 2. For the repair of the old waterproof layer, the adherend on the base layer should be cleaned and leveled. The surface of the old waterproofing layer is flat, the material is not invalid, and it is compatible with the K11 waterproofing slurry and can be directly constructed on it.

Third, K11 waterproof coating engineering quality requirements and acceptance: 1, after the completion of coating construction, rigid protective layer before construction. The film waterproof layer should be thoroughly and thoroughly inspected. The pores, scratches, punctures and damages found in the inspection should be repaired immediately. The waterproof layer after completion should not leak. 2. Check that there are no blisters between the coatings. 3. The completed waterproof layer, after 7 days of curing, should be subjected to a 24-hour water-tight test when conditions are met, or it may be checked for leakage after rain or 24 hours.
