Production enterprises have also expanded from large coastal cities to coastal provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions.

After the smooth transition period, after 1996, affected by the macroeconomic regulation and control of the national economy, the tightening of monetary policy, the compression of fixed assets investment and the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises, and the temporary decline in consumption levels, the development speed of China's aseptic fresh-keeping packaging industry has gradually slowed down. With the adjustment of the country's industrial structure and active fiscal policies, stimulating consumption and expanding domestic demand, the economy began to recover.
