It is understood that the current Municipal Housing Construction Committee has formulated the current "Main Types of Construction Waste Recycling Products and Application Engineering Parts", and will adjust the types of recyclable products and application requirements according to market supply and demand. In the "Opinions", government investment projects are required to take the lead in using construction waste products in designated construction sites and encourage social investment projects to be used preferentially. In addition, relevant municipal departments, construction units, project companies, etc. should also actively use construction waste resource products.

The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission said that the "Opinions" also clarified that the "salvation and promotion" special action funds can be used to support the disposal of construction wastes in various districts. At the same time, the resource-based disposal enterprises can also enjoy preferential tax policies in accordance with relevant regulations.
Previously, construction waste disposal was 30 yuan per cubic meter according to current consumption standards. Due to the low standard, the participation of enterprises was not high. The "Opinions" clarify that the cost of dismantling construction waste disposal should be set at 150% of the current construction waste disposal fee.
