Efficient use of bacterial pesticides

At present, bacterial pesticides are widely used in the control of flower and tree pests , and it has the advantages of high control effect, no pollution, no residual toxicity . Bacterial pesticides are living preparations. The insecticidal principle is that the bacteria multiply after entering the worms, producing toxic parasporal crystals, disturbing the normal physiological metabolism of the pests and causing them to die. It is different from the insecticidal principle of chemical pesticides. Improper use will reduce the efficacy or even be completely ineffective.

To improve the use of bacterial pesticides, you need to do the following "five look":

First, look at the humidity:

The greater the environmental humidity, the better the efficacy of bacterial pesticides. Therefore, the use of bacterial pesticides should be carried out in the morning and evening with dew, in order to facilitate the adhesion of the microbial agents to the stems and leaves, and promote spore reproduction, increasing the chance of contact with pests. In addition, the moister soil helps the adsorption of the microbial agent, thereby improving the insecticidal effect.

Second, look at the temperature:

A suitable temperature for the use of bacterial pesticides is above 25 °C. When the temperature is low to a certain extent, the insecticide is completely lost. Bacterial pesticides are used at 25 ° C to 30 ° C, and the control ratio is 1 to 2 times higher at 10 ° C to 15 ° C. Therefore, it is best not to use bacterial pesticides when the temperature is lower than 20 °C.

Third, look at the sun:

In order to reduce the damage of ultraviolet rays to bacterial spores in sunlight, it is best to use bacterial pesticides on cloudy days or after 4 pm. If you can add raw molasses or corn syrup to powdery bacterial pesticides, it will have certain UV filtering. effect.

Fourth, look at the rain:

Medium to heavy rain will wash away the bacterial pesticides sprayed on the stems and leaves of the plants, reducing the control effect. If it is drizzled 5 hours after spraying, it will increase the effect of prevention. In order to ensure the efficacy of the drug, it should be applied on a cloudy or light rainy day without any moderate or heavy rain within 1 to 2 days after application. If it is heavy rain after application, it should be applied immediately after the rain. At this time, the insecticidal effect is best.

Fifth, look at the wind:

Bacterial pesticides are wasteful in windy days, especially powders, which are lost more. At the same time, windy days are not conducive to the germination of spores. Therefore, bacterial pesticides should be applied in the absence of wind or breeze.

Single Handle Kitchen Faucets

Single Handle Kitchen Faucets or taps frequently use one handle, more complex, valve controlled by a single handle (single handle mixer). The handle moves up and down to control the opening and turning off, and moves left and right to control the temperature of the water.
