The equipment operation workers carry out maintenance at the end of each week. The maintenance time varies depending on the type of equipment: general equipment requires 2 hours, while fine, large, and thin equipment needs 4 hours of maintenance.
Before any lifting operation, it is essential to carefully inspect the binding and hooking of the object being lifted, especially for heavy or bulky items. It is important to recheck whether the pulley group’s gear ratio is appropriate, as well as the condition of the counterweight and the brake system. After adjusting the pulley group, ensure that the hook's axis remains perfectly vertical from the ground.
When lifting a load that exceeds 90% of the crane’s rated capacity, avoid performing multiple operations simultaneously. If the load reaches 50% of the additional lifting capacity, always use the low gear to maintain control.
During lifting, the boom may deform, which can increase the working radius. Therefore, when lifting heavier objects, it is advisable to lift them slightly off the ground first, then check the brake, the securing ropes, the stability of the entire machine, and the condition of the outriggers. If any abnormal signs are observed, do not proceed with the lift until a thorough inspection has been completed.
If during the lifting process, you notice the small crane beginning to tilt or detect any other potential risks, immediately lower the load to the ground and only resume the operation after implementing proper safety measures.
Plan the operation of the small crane with both fast and slow hoisting functions. During movement, only allow the fast speed; rapid lifting is strictly prohibited.
Even if the mini-crane is equipped with an anti-overwind device, extra caution is still required to prevent overwinding. Pay close attention to the alarm signals from the overwind protection system. If the alarm sounds, stop the lifting immediately to avoid rope breakage and potential falling of the load.
For lighter loads that require high elevation, improve the lifting power by using throttle control and dual pump flow.
When positioning components or equipment with the small crane, operate the engine at a low speed, use single pump oil supply (for large and medium cranes), and perform jogging operations to ensure precise placement and safety.
By following these procedures, operators can significantly reduce the risk of accidents and ensure smooth, efficient lifting operations.
Manually set addresses on the dmx lighting with the Iseeled address writer . The led address writer is compatible with most professional lighting. The digital display of dmx writer allows for fast and easy setting addresses . ISEELED address writer is convenient for customers setting DMX addresses(such as DMX vertical tube, DMX flood light, DMX pixel lamp and so on)fast and easily. The addresses can be set by individually or uniformly with our address writer. Our address writer has the address setting function itself.
