First, the fluid pipe manufacturing method

1 The general boiler tube use temperature is below 450 °C, and the domestic tube is mainly made of 10 or 20 carbon steel hot rolled tube or cold drawn tube.

2 High-pressure boiler tubes are often used in high temperature and high pressure conditions. Under the action of high temperature flue gas and water vapor, the tubes will oxidize and corrode. 1 General boiler tubes are mainly used to manufacture water-cooled wall pipes, boiling water pipes, superheated steam pipes, superheated steam pipes for locomotive boilers, large and small smoke pipes and arch brick pipes.

2 High-pressure boiler tubes are mainly used to manufacture superheater tubes, reheater tubes, air guiding tubes, main steam tubes, etc. for high-pressure and ultra-high pressure boilers.

However, the round pipe also has certain limitations. For example, under the condition of being bent by the plane, the round pipe is not as strong as the square and rectangular pipe, and some agricultural machinery skeletons, steel wood furniture, etc. are commonly used square and rectangular pipes. Shaped steel pipes of other cross-section shapes are also required depending on the application.

Fourth, the difference between welded pipe and fluid pipe

The standard for welded steel pipe for low-pressure fluid transportation is GB/T3091-2001, the standard for seamless steel pipe for general structure is GB/T8162-1999, and the standard for seamless steel pipe for fluid transportation is GB/T8163-1999. The details can be seen in the standard, the fluid can be used as a structural tube, but the structural tube cannot be used as a fluid tube. The surface of the fluid tube is better.
