Italy's new “Chuangchuang” company combines chemical technology with technologies for recycling various waste plastics and tequila bagasse to produce wood-like materials with greater resistance, which can be used as a template for the construction industry or for Make benches, tables, and chairs.

According to the physicist's organization network, this new technology has both simulated the physical characteristics of wood, while reducing costs and recovering organic and inorganic waste. One of the company's partners Alberto said that the material contains 10% -35% of agave fiber, the rest is composed of recycled plastic, and the fiber is the matrix of this building material.

This project has been going on for a year. In recent months, the company successfully used waste plastic and Tequila bagasse to produce composite materials. It is said that when dealing with 100 kilograms of agave, the machine needs to run for about 36 hours, and then use one day to convert one ton of pellets into fibers, or to make recycled plastic raw materials.

Although Tequila is produced in the area where this company is located, obtaining Tequila bagasse is very difficult because many companies use it as a boiler fuel. As a result, the company had to sign an agreement with two tequila companies to obtain its plant waste. (Reporter Hualing)

Use as paste ceramic tile, marble, plastic adornment, paste enhancement agent, still can reduce cement dosage. 

The water retention performance of HPMC will prevent the slurry from cracking after the application and strengthen the strength after hardening.
