Installation and debugging method of steel bar straightening cutting machine

**1. Installation and Debugging of CNC Steel Bar Straightening and Cutting Machine** Before fully assembling the machine, ensure all parts are present and correctly positioned. If the machine is placed near a wall or adjacent structures, maintain a loose area for maintenance (approximately one meter wide). Additionally, allocate sufficient space for storing raw materials and a designated area for storing finished products. A solid concrete foundation is also required, measuring approximately 11,000 x 1,500 x 200 mm in size. Next, install the main unit using M12 expansion bolts to secure the four bases onto the concrete foundation. Ensure the machine is level before tightening. Attach the blanking rack while aligning the centers of the grooves in the traction wheel and the trolley’s round knife with the main machine’s centerline. The blanking rack should be about 20 mm lower than the main machine. Afterward, add 1 kg of gear oil to the traction box and pour 40-50 kg of anti-wear hydraulic oil into the hydraulic tank—use 45# oil in summer and 32# in winter. Regularly lubricate the front and rear bearings of the frame as well as the wheel bearings every two shifts. When turning on the power, place the electrical control box in an accessible location away from vibrations. Connect the straightening motor cable to the "straightening" terminal and the cutting motor cable to the "hydraulic" terminal. Link the solenoid reversing Valve cable to the "solenoid valve" terminal (common wire at 0 position). Finally, connect the 380-volt power cord to the "power supply" terminal. Ensure the cable is no less than 6 mm² international copper wire within 50 meters. --- **2. Working Principle and Adjustment Method of Hydraulic Station** The hydraulic station operates with a 4KW/5.5KW motor driving a Y13-D25 blade pump to generate hydraulic oil. The oil flows into the integrated block and through the solenoid reversing valve. When idle, the oil bypasses without forming pressure, returning directly to the tank. During operation, the electric control box commands the system to build pressure, typically between 6-8 MPa, as indicated by the pressure gauge. The high-pressure oil moves the cylinder piston rod outward (activating the cutting tool) for approximately 0.17 seconds. The timer in the control box reverses the electromagnetic valve, allowing the oil to return, retracting the piston rod and resetting the tool in about 0.12 seconds. Adjust the safety pressure control valve cautiously to avoid overloading the motor, which could damage components. These settings are calibrated at the factory, so avoid unnecessary adjustments unless you're an expert. --- **3. No-Load Testing** Switch on the power and activate the control box. Confirm the panel indicator lights up and verify the voltmeter reads 380 ± 20 volts. If correct, press the "Hydraulic On" button to start the hydraulic motor. Reverse the wiring if the motor spins incorrectly. Next, press the "Start" button to run the traction and straightening motor. After verifying normal operation, press "Stop" to confirm functionality. Once confirmed, proceed with debugging. For testing, pull out the wire plate and manually adjust about 2 meters. Secure the handle wheel and install the pre-adjusted wire in sequence: wear-resistant sleeve → push box traction wheel → traction box wheel → round cutter hole. Tighten all screws securely. Input the desired number of pieces and set the length before powering the machine. --- With these steps, your CNC steel bar straightening and cutting machine is ready for use. Remember, regular maintenance and careful adjustments will prolong its lifespan and enhance performance.
