c. The blowing air flow is improperly adjusted, allowing debris to stick to the workpiece and form horizontal protrusions.
d. There is an optical path misalignment or incorrect focal length, causing the laser beam to scatter and creating unevenness at the bottom.
e. The focusing lens used is not suitable; short focal length lenses should be employed to improve beam quality and accuracy.
Method of Exclusion:
a. First, check the optical path alignment to ensure it is properly set up and free from any deviation.
b. Reduce the processing speed and increase the laser output switching frequency to achieve better control and precision.
c. Adjust the blowing air flow to prevent powder accumulation. It's recommended to use side blowing for more effective debris removal.
d. Replace the focusing lens with a short focal length one and carefully adjust the focus based on the depth of the cleaning process.
e. If the problem persists, consider checking the laser power stability and ensuring that the machine’s software settings are optimized for the specific material being processed.
