3. 1. When a new member joins the meeting, he/she should pay a one-time membership fee of 1,000 yuan and an annual membership fee of 1,500 yuan;
2. The member unit pays the current year's membership fee before the first half of the year;
3. The annual membership fee standard for different units is: 1,500 yuan for member units, 2,500 yuan for governing units, 3,500 yuan for standing directors, 4,500 yuan for vice presidents, 5,000 yuan for directors and not less than 25,000 yuan for annual subsidy clubs;
4. These Measures shall be implemented by the 4th member representative assembly and reported to the General Conference for approval.
