All related companies: With the demand for abrasive products and market development, the innovation of manufacturing technology and the improvement of grinding efficiency have become the top priority for the survival and development of enterprises. In order to help enterprises master how to improve product manufacturing technology, how to adapt to the complex and diverse grinding processing efficiency of users, the National Abrasives Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and Henan University of Technology specially hold the following trainings:
1. Resin abrasive manufacturing technology. Course contents include: abrasive treatment, modification of phenolic resin, epoxy resin, use of auxiliary materials, and analysis of common waste in hardening process, design of resin abrasive formula, preparation of molding materials, new resin materials, new technology Applications, etc.
2. Ceramic abrasive manufacturing technology. The course includes: selection of raw materials for abrasives, performance of bonding agents, formulation design, process principle, introduction of special ceramic abrasive tools, application of new ceramic materials, new technologies, selection of low-temperature abrasives and control of temperature curves.
3. Abrasives and grinding technology. Courses include: basic characteristics and performance of grinding tools, grinding types, grinding principles, grinding parameters, grinding machines, abrasives, grinding tools, grinding technology development trends, grinding solutions, abrasive tools selection.
In order to ensure the quality of training, a well-known professor of domestic abrasives and materials - Dr. Zou Wenjun, Li Zhengxin, Hou Yongqian and other doctors from Henan University of Technology, gave lectures. In combination with the development trend of the industry and the requirements for the standardization of license management work, the technical personnel will require all certificates to be employed in the next two years. For this training, after passing the examination, the technical personnel qualification certificate will be issued. Therefore, the person in charge of the enterprise and the manager are recommended.
